Last updated 23 October 2026
Lica Services Ltd (“we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are
Lica Services Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us at hello@licaservices.co.uk or write to us at Office 7109, 58 Peregrine Road, Hainault, Ilford, Essex, IG6 3SZ.
What we collect
- Details you give us through our contact form: name, email, phone number and message.
- Information you send us as a candidate, such as your CV, work history and preferences.
- Business contact details if you are a client or prospective client.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry — based on our legitimate interests.
- To provide recruitment services, including matching candidates to roles and sharing candidate details with employers — based on taking steps to enter a contract, or your consent.
- To meet our legal obligations, such as right-to-work checks.
We never sell your personal data. We only share a candidate’s details with an employer with that candidate’s agreement.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 12 months and candidate records for up to two years after our last meaningful contact, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, object to how we use it, or ask us to transfer it. To make a request, email hello@licaservices.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
